Getting a quote from Protogenic is easy, you can use email, FTP, even mail us a disk or CD. If you are mailing storage media or sending files via FTP, please call (303) 252-0212 or email quotes@protogenic.com to let us know.

- Give us your name, company, phone number(s), address and other contact information in the body of the email message.
- Include a description of your project, due date, etc. Also include any material preferences you may have, for SLA's or cast urethanes.
- Attach a compressed or zipped .stl, ProEngineer, Unigraphics or surfaced IGES file to the email and send it to us.

Sending Files Via FTP
|
- Send us an email or give us a call to let us know that you have sent a file. If you email us, please include you name, company, phone number(s), address and other contact information in the body of your email message plus a description of your project.
- Once we have received your request, we will contact you if we have any questions. A written quote will be supplied typically within two to four hours.
Please ensure that your FTP program is set for binary transfer mode. Using any FTP program, type the following information:

FTP Using a Web Browser
|
| When using a web browser, it is critical to ensure that the file transfer takes place in binary mode. To get to Protogenic's ftp server, click on the link below or type in the address block in the header of your browser window:
ftp://ftp.protogenic.com
What you will see is a blank browser window, simply drag and drop your files into this window, then send us an email to let us know your files are coming. For security reasons, this is a blind directory, so you will be unable to see its contents. Your files are downloaded and stored in a secure location, once we receive your files and email we'll send you your quote as soon as possible.
