In rapid prototyping, timing is everything.  So is accuracy, delivery, and confidence.  When you email your files to quotes@protogenic.com, you can count on a number of things.

  • Your files are going to be personally reviewed by a highly skilled professional.  This initial file assessment will help make sure your prototypes are delivered with fewer surprises, and the highest level of quality.  Thin areas, corrupt files, coarse faceting, small features… though we can’t always spot everything, we do try our best to provide file assistance where needed, at no additional cost to you.
  • You’re going to receive your quote very soon, typically within 2 hours.  Have a real “hot” one?  Let us know when you send in your files; just don’t be too surprised when you receive your quote within minutes.
  • You’re going to get accurate pricing: Your project is too important to allow the price to be determined by the product of some computer program.  Just because X, Y, and Z numbers of two files may be similar, doesn’t necessarily mean the SLA’s will require the same amount of attention.  It’s this personal approach to quoting that sets Protogenic apart from the rest.
  • If you have any questions at all about your quotes or your project, you can always contact a live person at Protogenic, for immediate response.  And don’t be surprised when your sales manager calls you first, to follow up with your quote and make sure all of your questions are answered.

All it takes to get a quote from Protogenic is an email to quotes@protogenic.com.  If ftp is preferred, see the steps here.

“My experience working with Protogenic was fantastic!! From the beginning, exchanging data and getting quotes, to receiving honest delivery dates and quality parts.  Working with complex geometry on 'appearance' parts, it was vital to have accurate parts to prove form and fit before going to expensive tooling. We could not have done this without the prototyping provided by Protogenic.”
